The Machine Operator will be responsible for the accurate set-up, performance and quality of production runs. This role requires strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude. Machine operators work on a 12-hour 2/2/3 schedule that does not rotate.
Mechanics provide technical knowledge and expertise to solve problems of mechanic, hydraulic, or pneumatic nature. They address any machine and equipment issues, provide fixes and perform maintenance activities through a preventative maintenance program. Mechanics must also be willing to provide support for various production processes as needed, including but not limited to machine operation and packaging duties.
